Frequently Asked Questions

Children's party and entertainment in Wakefield and Leeds
How far in advance can I book a place on one of your clubs/camps/workshops?

You can book as soon as new dates are released which is usually 9 months prior to the experience date. If you sign up to our mailing list you’ll be first to know when new dates are released! We always recommend booking as far in advance as you can as spaces fill up fast and places are subject to availability.

When is the latest I can book a place?

Online booking becomes unavailable 24 hours prior to a club start date. At this point we may be able to accept telephone bookings if there is any last minute availability, however spaces fill up fast so we strongly recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Do I have to book online and pay by card?

Not at all, booking online is recommended as it’s the quickest and simplest way of reserving a place but if you’d like to book over the phone or fill in a paper form and pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact us on 0113 322 7988 or email info@fantasykidsclubs.co.uk and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.

Can I pay with childcare vouchers?

Please contact us to find out if we are currently accepting vouchers.

What age group are Fantasy Kids Clubs suitable for?

Our workshops are designed for children ages 3-8 years old. However we do accept children outside of this age bracket upon request should our experienced workshop leaders feel the content is suitable.

My child is older than 8 but would like to attend? Can I book them a place?

Certainly. We regularly have 9-10 year olds attending our Fairy Camp as they love the creative activities we offer. Contact us via telephone to discuss and arrange to book them a place.

My son and daughter are attending Fairy & Hero camp, will all activities be done together?

Some of our activities at Fairy & Hero camp are for all fairies and heroes to take part in together, particularly at the start of each day and everyone is together at break and lunch times. Other activities are specifically designed for fairies or heroes so they will have the opportunity to complete their individual tasks.

What time should I drop my child off and collect them?

Most of our clubs, camps and workshops run from 9am-3pm. Early and late drop-off and pick-up is not currently available but we find many parents share travel arrangements to fit around other commitments they may have.

What does my child need to bring with them?

If your child books a full day experience (9am-3pm) they will need to bring an energy filled packed lunch and drink for the day (with their name on). Children are expected to wear comfortable clothing and soft shoes. Fancy dress costumes can be worn as over garments to the child’s normal clothes so that children can suitably remove the costume should they wish to. All belongings must carry name tags.
